Sugar Cookie
2 cups AP flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup granulate sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
red and green jimmys

1. In bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt
2. cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy
3. beat in egg and vanilla
4. gradually add in flour mixture, beat until just combined, stir in jimmy's
5. wrap in plastic and refrigerate while making other doughs


Brownie Cookie
12 oz bittersweet chocolate chopped
1/2 cup AP flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

1. Melt chocolate in microwave, stir every 30 sec
2. in small bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt
3. in separate bowl beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla.
Beat until combined. Whisk in melted chocolate. Add flour mixture, whisk until just combined.


Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cups butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
4 cups AP flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
24 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

1. In bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt
2. in separate bowl beat butter and sugars. Add in vanilla and eggs one at a time.
3. Stir in chocolate chips.

Preheat oven to 350*F
1. Prepare an 8-in round cake pan
2. Take 1/4 of sugar cookie dough and roll into a ball
3. Roll out 1/2 of brownie cookie dough and wrap around sugar cookie
4. Roll out 1/3 of chocolate chip cookie dough and wrap around brownie
5. Place ball in cake pan
6. Bake for 30-40 min until golden brown
7. Serve with giant glass of milk
