With a background in community development, clinical medicine, ecology, and humanities, Ursula's work spans a diverse landscape. Currently working as an Australian emergency doctor, and a researcher in the area of ecology and health, Ursula brings a transdisciplinary lens to her varied roles. A primary focus of this work is innovative partnerships that bridge knowledge systems for the benefit of both people and planet.
A long-term resident of the Blue Mountains, Australia, Ursula enjoys living in an environmentally and creatively engaged community. Having recently discovered boxing, and with a boisterous Labrador to puddle jump with, Ursula regularly engages the Tiger within, ably supported by a life long addiction to espresso coffee.
