In Ukraine political novice Volodymyr Zelensky has been sworn in as president. In his inaugural speech, Zelensky announced he would immediately dissolve parliament and hold early elections. His supporters see him as breaking with the previous political establishment. But critics fear his inexperience could be exploited by neighboring Russia.
