Darrent Williams was one of the most promising NFL cornerbacks of his generation. After massively successful high school and college football careers, he was drafted by the Denver Broncos in 2005. He quickly established himself as a standout starter, with six career interceptions and two runback touchdowns.

Sadly, his NFL career was cut all too short. Williams was killed in a drive-by shooting in the early-morning hours of January 1, 2007.
