Mindfulness: A revolutionary way for people to improve self-regulation and promote brain function that is being implemented in schools all around the country. For this episode Greg and Tina have invited Ann D'Angelo onto the show to discuss her amazing experiences around this relatively new, possibly game changing, practice. Together they discuss how mindfulness is changing lives and helping children as well as parents to grow.

Ann D'Angelo is an educator with over two decades experience in the public and private sectors. She has been an advocate for children and progressive education. Ann's professional development has included study with Susan Kaiser Greenland, Dr. Dan Siegel, and Diana Winston. She has established Mindfulness Programs at Walden School, Saint Mark's School, and Pacific Oaks Children's School. Her private practice includes individual and group work with children and adults.
