Autobytel recently caught up with the drifters over at Scion Racing for an exclusive media preview at the "House of Drift" Irwindale Speedway. We chatted with the guys about their rides for the upcoming 2014 Formula D season and even caught a little tandem action as the Scion Racing drift team practiced the layout for Round 1 The Streets of Long Beach.
In attendance was "the Phenom" Ken Gushi in the Greedy Racing Scion FR-S complete with RocketBunny Version 2 body kit and an all new paint scheme from when we last saw the car at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Fredric Aasbo was also on hand tossing around the Norwegian Hammer that is the Papadakis Racing Scion tC, and let's not forget TAngelo Racing and the multi-colored compflaged FR-S driven by Tony Angelo, who gave some insightful tips as to what it would take for professional drifting here in the US to reach the next level.
