For the first time ever Fredric Aasbo is in the chase for the Formula Drift Championship. It has only been three years since the former Rookie of the Year, Scion Racing tC driver, joined up with Papadakis Racing when the legendary tuner brought the Norwegian Hammer to join their already successful program. With the exit of Tanner Foust, Fredric took over the role as top tC driver in FD and after a few seasons of getting the custom built rwd Scion dialed in Fredric is now vying not only for the top spot on the podium this weekend at the House of Drift Toyota Speedway at Irwindale but the big cup as well.
