Please READ this box more info. I've been sharing a lot of workouts with all of you and you might be wondering what is my personal fitness routine. Some of you might already know that I have a very relax approach towards fitness. To me, fitness is a big part of my life to keep me fit & healthy, but it is not EVERYTHING! There's so much more to life! =)

Watch this video to know more about my fitness routine for me to maintain my weight and lifestyle; how often I workout, how long for, when do I workout, what are my favourite exercises etc. And of course I do change and vary my workouts from time to time.

P/S If you would like to try my workout routine. Here are the exercises in the video. Perform each superset for a total of 4 rounds without resting and rest for no more than 2 minutes in between supersets. Aim to perform each workout between 15 - 20 repetitions.

Superset 1 (Legs)
1) Sumo Squat (x20 reps)
2) Single Leg Lunge (x15 reps on each leg)

Superset 2 (Back & Chest)
1) Plank Row Push-Up (x12 reps)
2) Deadlifts + Bent-Over Row (x20 reps)

Superset 3 (Chest & Tricep)
1) Chest Press on Swiss Ball (x15 reps)
2) Tricep Dips with Swiss Ball (x15 reps)

Superset 4 (Shoulders & Legs)
1) Lunge & Shoulder Press (x10 reps on each leg)
2) Round the Shoulders (x15 reps)

Superset 5 (Core)
1) Crunch with Leg Extension (x20 reps)
2) Spiderman (x20reps)
3) Swiss Ball Plank Rocks (x20 reps)
