7-Second Riddles Horror Edition | 7-Second Riddles Stories
Do you remember that animated horror story I published a couple of months ago about the boy whose school trip went completely wrong? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UWNKaEAGaDk&t=381s). Well, just recently I got a new story from one of our subscribers!
This true story is just unbelievable! I couldn't sleep after I read this horror story and just couldn't wrap my mind around! Check it out yourself and tell me if you think this animated story is just incredible or not!
Hi, everyone, my name’s Kyla. What I’m about to tell you happened to me about a year ago during winter break. I never planned on sharing my story because it’s quite personal. I’ve never seen it as some sort of supernatural experience – I always thought it was just a weird hallucination. But after watching a video on this channel about a guy that had some terrifying visions while being in a coma, well, I’m not so sure anymore. The thing is, I experienced something pretty similar myself…
My family had a tradition that we’d spend every Christmas at a ski resort. All of us – my parents, my older sister Jenna, and I – are pretty good skiers, and we all really love it… used to love it. The last Christmas ski trip we took together ended in tragedy, so we don’t really do it anymore….
It started with my dad suggesting that we try a new resort. Our usual one was really nice and all, but we’d been going there for years and were getting kinda bored with it. My dad looked online and found a luxury five-star ski resort that, for some reason, was more than half-price off. He was super excited to take us to such a cool place without having to pay a fortune, so he booked us accommodations right away. And we were stoked too! Jenna cracked jokes about possibly getting to hang out with billionaires, Mom was anticipating the spa services they offered, and I just couldn’t wait to try out those incredible slopes that were pictured on their website.
When we got there, it really was magical! We couldn’t believe our luck – getting such an amazing vacation for such a low price! The resort was living up to all of our expectations: the accommodations, services, food, and slopes – everything was top-class. The first incident we had was my dad spraining his ankle. It wasn’t even a skiing injury, he just slipped in the shower, which made it even more of a pity! The resort staff was really helpful, but he still couldn’t go skiing anytime soon. My mom knew how much skiing meant to us girls, so she told me and Jenna to go have fun and she’d stay to comfort Dad.
We weren’t sure if we should actually go or not, but we knew that dad would be even more upset to see us miss out on all the fun. So, the two of us went to the biggest slope. Jenna and I were always pretty competitive, so, naturally, we wanted to turn this into a race.
“The last one to the end is a rotten egg!” she yelled and set off.
“Wait! Not fair!” I yelled back and followed, trying to catch up with her.
We were halfway down the slope when we heard a weird noise come from the mountain. It was like a loud thud and then vibration, almost as if the mountain had taken a deep breath. We’d never heard anything like it before, so both of us slowed down and turned around to see what was happening. I gasped when I saw the huge cloud of snow rushing toward us at top speed. I looked at Jenna – she was scared and confused.
“Go!” I yelled and started skiing down as fast as I could.
She followed my lead. We were going down, trying desperately to outrun the snow slide and not knowing how hopeless our attempt was. Within seconds I felt the strong force of the of snow knock me down and drag me off into the whirl. I felt like I was on a roller-coaster but with snow everywhere, blinding and suffocating me.
I can’t say how long it lasted, how or when it stopped – as if my consciousness blacked out for a while. I just remember the moment when I found myself buried under the snow and running out of air. I tried to remain calm so that I wouldn’t waste too much oxygen as...
