If you're 20 years old then your optimal heart rate is within the range of 120 to 140 bpm.
220 - 20 * 0.6 =120 bpm
220 - 20 * 0.7 =140 bpm
220 - (AGE) * 0.6 = Lower Range
220 - (AGE) * 0.7= Upper Range
