In a stroke of good luck for aircraft manufacturer Boeing, German carrier Lufthansa says it's now considering a three-digit order of 737 Maxes as it expands its fleet. Meanwhile, United States senators have grilled the head of the Federal Aviation Administration about the 737 Max, following the deadly crashes in Indonesia and Ethiopia.
