Hong Kong is taking stock after the violent clashes that erupted on China's National Day. Spontaneous flash mobs have gathered in protest at the police shooting of a teenager on Tuesday, a dramatic escalation of the unrest which has rocked the city for the last four months. At least 66 people were injured, four of them seriously, and over 180 people arrested at yesterdays protests, police said. Today hundreds have also converged on a court in the Kowloon district to support protestors arrested in previous demonstrations. Today's court hearing is the biggest so far since the demonstrations began.
