Marek Grund describes his experience in Krynica-Zdrój, Poland through Collaborative partnership in sport, an Erasmus+ programme. Marek is a story deputy manager, but one day he started running. At the beginning, he never thought he would be able to finish a marathon, yet, he managed to finish 24 in total. Through that experience, he realized that running formed one’s character. Thanks to running, he leaned to overcome his weaknesses, feel stronger, more confident and more motivated to work, and enjoy life to its fullest.
