Dave Rubin and the panel discuss a new app called Lulu, which allows girls to rate and review their male Facebook friends, as well as men they don't know, completely anonymously.

Reviews allow girls to note whether they were "together" with the guy, whether he was an ex-boyfriend, a "hookup," a crush, or just a friend. And then like a Cosmo Quiz they rank the guys and make notes about them.

The app already has over 1 million users, most of which are girls. If you're a girl, would you use this app? if you're a guy, would be concerned that you were on it, or actually want to be reviewed?
