Networks have taken advantage of the connection between Twitter and TV and have put out programming that spark more twitter engagement - such as the mermaid documentary hoax on Animal Planet and more recently the megalodon shark special on Discovery. Do you think these hoax's harm the credibility of actual non-fiction programs?
