The 50th Citizens' Dialogue held since the start of the series in September 2012 saw European Commissioner Dacian Cioloş discuss with 350 Romanian citizens in Bucharest on 17 March. The lively debate spanned a number of topics -- with questions on the policy area for which Mr Cioloş is responsible, agriculture and rural development, as well as European democracy and what European citizenship means to Romanian nationals.
