A story out of The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST director Bryan Singer is planning to direct a big screen adaptation of the novel THE MOON IS A HARSH MISTRESS which has been renamed to UPRISING. The story is set in the year 2075 and follows a rebellion against the earth by humans living on a moon based prison. It’s also being reported that ARROW show runner Marc Guggenheim is writing the screenplay.
