According to The Hollywood Reporter, Michael Keaton will produce and star in Imagine Agents which is a Boom Studios comic series that was recently acquired by 20th Century Fox.  The story revolves around agents that are responsible for keeping imaginary friends of children in line. Keaton will play a veteran agent that must mentor a young recruit.
