Progress has been slow on the development of G.I. JOE 3 since the second film in the series premiered nearly 2 years ago, but things may be getting back into motion again. According to a report from Deadline, EAGLE EYE and DISTURBIA director D.J. Caruso is in talks to helm the 3rd JOE film. Caruso has also previously directed the film I AM NUMBER FOUR and several episodes of the hit TV show THE SHIELD.
