Despite Michael Bay claiming he wouldn't be returning to direct "Transformers 5", the general consensus believed that he would return in the end. Now it appears that he really won't be helming the picture. Bay is in early talks to direct Paramount's "13 Hours", which is based on the true story of recounting the attack on the U.S. Special Mission Compound and a nearby CIA Annex in Libya on the 11th anniversary or September 11th. Bay went on to state that while he isn't returning for the next "Transformers", that the film will feature different elements and that it could bear similarities to Ridley Scott's "Black Hawk Down" or even his own "The Rock".
