Anandghan Waghmare is an IIT Patna Alumni currently working as Software Engineer at CISCO Systems.

He came up with the idea of building a smart phone for the people who are blind, teamed up with his tech-mate Vidit and started the endeavor. After a number of failures and design issues they finally came up with an out of box design which was not made before, after a lot of soldering, drilling and 3D printing they got first prototype and the best moment they felt was when a blind person used the phone and said 'Thank you for this'.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.*
