Brewing Method:
1 teabag + 1 cup of water at 80° - 85°C/ 176° - 185°F
(you don't want to burn the leaves / flowers)
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes and enjoy

Things to remember:
- Each teabag can be steeped 1 – 2 times
- For best results, drink 1 – 2 cups every day
- You may sweeten with a little bit of raw honey, maple syrup or rock sugar
- Do NOT add milk!

Each recipe makes between 20 - 24 sachets
(about 2 tsps. of tea mixture per sachet)

p/s Tea bags can easily be bought from any supermarket / daiso / pound shop / online or you can even make your own with using cheesecloth or muslin.

Combine
½ cup Oolong
¼ cup Lemongrass
2 tbsps. Ginger Roots
2 tbsps. Licorice Roots
