In Yemen, a Saudi-led coalition says it has launched airstrikes targeting southern separatists after they broke ranks and seized the presidential palace in the second city Aden. The coalition is calling that a coup, and is blaming the United Arab Emirates, which until now had sided with Saudi Arabia in the four-year conflict. The development has apparently split the two Middle East allies.
