Today is World Toilet Day. That might sound a bit funny, but poor hygiene is a serious issue. The UN made 19 November an international observance day to draw attention to a global sanitation crisis. Sixty percent of the world's population, or 4.5 billion people, don't have a functional toilet in their home. Almost one billion must 'do number two' outdoors. The situation is especially bad in Nigeria, West Africa, where the president has declared a sanitary emergency situation. But this is presenting opportunities for some entrepreneurs in in Nigeria's megacity, Lagos.
