A 3-story building has collapsed in the Nigerias Itafaji area of Lagos. Local media and rescue officials say many people including children are trapped in the rubble. This is video of one of seven children who've been pulled free so far. The top floor of the building reportedly housed a private elementary school with about 100 students.
