Everyone always talks about the power of silence and I've been a staunch believer in it but does it really work?

What does this teach us:

- Initially you'd think that the no contact rule or silence from it doesn't work because an ex doesn't contact you. But that isn't the whole story either.

From those that did get responses from an ex they were really interesting.

We've also learned that 95% of our success stories have utilized some form of no contact when they got their exes back so clearly since does have an impact but what this tells us is that it's not the entire piece of the puzzle.
