A record 29 million Latinos are eligible to vote in the 2018 midterm elections in the US. Their votes are key if the Democrats want to win back the House of Representatives, but Latino turnout is traditionally low, particularly in midterm elections. This year's midterms may indicate whether the Democrats have found the key to mobilising them at the polls.
