US President Donald Trump has issued a new threat to Iran, telling reporters the country would be met with 'great force' if it attacks US targets in the Middle East. Over the weekend, Trump had published a tweet threatening to "end" Iran, if the country "wants to fight." Now Tehran has hit back with a tweet of its own, calling on Trump to show the country respect - while also stressing it does not want war.
