This workout is great to tone your legs/thighs and also tone up the booty. Great for beginners or if you can't be bothered going into the gym. You can add some weights to make it a bit more challenging if you have access to some dumbbells or kettlebells! It's always good to add a bit of weight if bodyweight exercises don't challenge you anymore
I think most of you guys know that i am currently bulking right now, that means I'm eating a lot more and also lifting really heavy weights at the gym. So my legs and butt have definitely grown over the last two months. If you don't wanna grow your legs or butt bigger, then stick with light weights or body weight.
