Hind is driven by a passion for science and discovery. Raised in the UAE, Hind found that the limitations imposed on her by the post-911 U.S. also served to increase her passion to bring her dreams into reality. Now a tenured chemistry professor and researcher at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada, Hind continues to learn and exposes her students to this 'central science' that helps us make sense of everything around us.
