No better way to show your Mom you care this Sunday than with this Tiny token of appreciation. When it comes to short cakes, we're pretty sure this shortcake takes the cake.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp flour
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1 Tbsp butter
2 tsp milk
2 strawberries, chopped
1 tsp sugar
Whipped cream
STEPS:
1.) Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter. Stir in milk.
2.) Form into biscuits and bake.
3.) Mix chopped strawberries and sugar.
4.) Serve biscuits with strawberries and whipped cream.
