Learn how to make a strawberry shortcake cheesecake for a fabulous dessert. I didn’t make the cake from scratch. For this cake I used a box of white cake mix.You can add fresh or frozen strawberries to the cake batter, or leave it out. The cake is flavored with strawberry gelatin. I made a homemade cheesecake with a butter cookie crust.
Ingredients used: white cake mix, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, strawberry gelatin, cream cheese, butter, heavy whipping cream, butter cookies, vanilla extract, and more
Tools need: hand mixer, mixing bowls, whisk, spatula, 9 inch cake pans, baking spray, springform pan, oven, food processor
