Start by scrubbing the lemons with a pinch of baking soda and rinse them off to remove any bacteria or pesticides. Add some baking soda to the 8 cups of warm water and put your now clean shiny lemons in it. Let them sit there for about an hour so that they can soak in the baking soda. Once that’s done, wash the parsley, cut it and the lemons up, and throw the two in the water.
Don't remove the peel from the lemons, it has its own important nutrients too! Let the water come to a boil, and then leave it on low heat for about 3 hours. After that, turn off the heat and let it cool. If you've done everything right, half of the water should evaporate. Strain your soupy concoction, put it in a glass bottle or jar, and keep it in the fridge overnight. Drink 2 ounces of it first thing in the morning, wait for about 30 minutes, and then enjoy some breakfast!
