The Netflix documentary "Bob Ross: Happy Accidents, Betrayal & Greed" has a title that's sure to make fans of the soft-spoken painter nervous. Bob Ross? Betrayal? Greed?! But the relieving truth is that the documentary paints the beloved television host in as positive a light as his fans would expect, while also focusing on the darkness that lurked around the edges of his life.

For all its winsome features, though, the documentary is not a comprehensive portrait of Bob Ross' whole life. There are several happy (and not-so-happy) little details that the film didn't bring up, from his family to his health to how his legacy has managed to so successfully live on.
