Peter Frampton was one of the biggest musical sensations of the 1970's. After becoming a star in the 60's with The Herd and then Humble Pie, Frampton struck it out solo. His 1976 live album "Frampton Comes Alive!" became the biggest live album ever recorded up that time, spawning hit singles like "Baby I Love Your Way," "Do You Feel Like We Do?" and "Show Me the Way."

But it all fell apart. After a disastrous role in the flop film "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band," Frampton was seriously injured in a car accident. With the help of his childhood friend David Bowie, though, and his work on the film "Almost Famous," Frampton lives on. Here's the untold truth of Peter Frampton.
