Ellen sat down with Aidan Reilly, the co-founder of non-profit The Farmlink Project, a group dedicated to fighting food insecurity by repurposing surplus produce from farms throughout the country. He explained how he came up with the idea, how they connect farmers to food banks, and how they've saved over 50 million pounds of food that would have otherwise been wasted. To help continue his work, Ellen and her friends at TisBest gave him a check for $15,000!
