This video showcases another tribal performance that captured the attention of the crowd at the World Indigenous Arts Festival at Shah Alam recently. This dance called Lumad is a traditional dance performed by the indigenous tribes of southern Philippines' Mindanao islands.The most attractive part of this dance would be the colourfully red costumes that the female dancers wear. You will notice the distinctive headgear as well as the somewhat Spanish or western design influence in their beautifully decorated  costumes. The lone male dancer seems to be teasing the females in a ritual of sorts. This ritual is fast-paced and captivating in every move. Watch the video and be mesmerized by the tribal creativity.
