Sustaining Women in STEM

In an era when the workplace is shifting toward the promise of innovation and creativity for future generations, diversity must be a critical component of success. Nowhere is this more vital than in STEM fields, where women are still underrepresented.
Goddard deputy director Christyl Johnson envisions the tech that will shape NASA’s missions of the future. She’s passionate about creating inclusive work environments that promote innovation and is part of the Sustaining Women in STEM roundtable. The theme of this year’s event is “Making the Shift,” highlighting the cultural shifts that can help organizations prepare for the future.
