Salmon with Spanish and Rice

3 cup short grain rice, 1 oz vegetable oil, 450 gram shredded Spanish, 2 oz diced carrot, 2 oz fine diced onion, 12 oz salmon fish cut in big cubes, 3 chopped clove garlic, 2 oz chopped parsley, 1 oz olive oil, 2 lemon.
Rice spices: ½ tea spoon mixed spices, 1 tea spoon salt, 1 chicken stock cube.
Spanish spices: ½ tea spoon black pepper, 1 tea spoon salt.
Salmon spices: 1 tea spoon black pepper, 1 tea spoon salt, ¼ Cumin powder.
