Sydney Possuelo is one of the most active defenders of the isolated tribes of the Amazonia.

One of his biggest frustrations is the pleading for religious freedom. He defends tribes such as the Zo'é from catholic missionaries.
The main reason is that they have their own mythology, their own gods, they shouldn't be manipulated by occidental people. Destroying the isolated tribes' conceptions is destroying them.

Government should help protect these people beliefs and let them decide their ownreligion.
