While speaking on a panel this past weekend, director Christopher Nolan continued to make his case for the preservation of physical film as a shooting medium in Hollywood today. Nolan said the following: "We need film projectors and film prints -- forever. If you want the choice, it's very important to support film now. Filmmakers are going out of their way to shoot film and talk about it. We want to see a world where there's a choice; it’s important to preserve it for future generations." Nolan's comments come as Kodak, the industry's exclusive provider of film stock, has seen its film sales drop by over 96% in the past decade.
