Hooters is working on something new. They're opening a restaurant near Chicago next month with male and female servers who will not be wearing revealing clothes. It's called 'Hoots.' While this new Hooters spin-off might seem like an unappealing alternative, their new commercial will do nothing whatsoever to convince you otherwise.
