Some people had begun to wonder if the upcoming ASSASSIN’S CREED movie was actually going to happen. After announcing that Michael Fassbender would be starring in and producing the film, news fell silent and eventually the film was moved off its release date. Even after New Regency Pictures announced a new December 21, 2016 release date, many still believed the film was never going to happen. However, it has now been reported that Academy Award winning actress, Marion Cotillard, has joined the film. Cotillard recent appeared in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES as Tallia Al Ghul.
