Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in North Korea for his first state visit there. Talks with his host Kim Jong un are set to center on Pyonyang's nuclear weapons program. A summit earlier this year between Kim Jong Un and US President Donald Trump ended without agreement and China then backed sanctions on North Korea. So ties are currently strained between the two countries.
