2 CUPS MEAT (BEEF OR LAMB) (WE ARE USING SMALL CUT BEEF BUT GROUND IS GOOD)
1TBSP GARLIC
2TSP CINNAMON POWDER
2TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
1TSP CURRY POWER 9OR ARAB MIX SPICE LIKE BEZA)
OIL
SALT PEPPER
