I love helping my parents cook! And they love when I help them cook. It's really great to be involved in preparing the food I eat. I learn so much and have so much fun.

Today we're making shrimp for dinner (recipe at http://www.italianfoodforever.com/2013/02/garlicky-shrimp-scampi-pasta/). But before we can cook them, we need to peel the shells off. Peeling shrimp may sound hard, but it's really quite easy. Let me show you how in this quick video from me, Ella.
