- Denmark is all about the moms. Mothers can take 4 weeks of leave before their baby is born. They can also take 14 weeks after that, and the best part is that they get their full pay.
- British mothers must take an obligatory 2 weeks of leave right after their baby is born, which means that fathers and mothers can split a period of 50 weeks to take care of the baby.
- The Swedish are one of the most generous in the world when it comes to parental leave. Parents can take a combined total of 480 days to spend with their child.
