INGREDIENTS (MAKES 12)
1) ¾ - 1 cup Rolled Oats
2) 2 large Bananas (or 3 medium ones)
3) 2 Eggs
4) 1 tsp. Baking Soda
5) 1 tbsp. Coconut oil
6) ½ tsp Cinnamon (optional)
STEPS:
1) Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2) Cook on a non-stick pan on medium-low heat. This should make about 12 pancakes.
3) Serve with toppings of your choice: nut butter, jam, fresh fruits, granola, nuts, seeds, dried fruits or even ice cream.
