Here's another easy but effective Halloween Craft idea!
Materials:
-Ping pong balls (white /orange)
-paint (blue,red, black, orange etc)
-Tea lights candles
-xacto knife
-sharpie
-paintbrushes
Steps:
1. Take your white ping pong balls and paint a thin layer of orange.
2. Draw a pumpkin face and let it dry.
3. take a white ping pong ball and paint a blue/green circle about a centimeter big. Once it dries, take your sharpie and draw a small black circle inside.
4. Paint the red veiny lines on the edges using a thin brush.
5. Take a white pingpong ball and use the sharpie to draw 3 blobs of black dots to make the ghost.
6. Use the xacto to cut a small ""X"" or a hole for the tealight candle to go in.
