Recycle those paper towel rolls and turn them into spooky floating candles!
Ingredients:
1 Paper towel roll
-white paint
-paintbrush
-sponge brush
-tea light
-tape
-nylon string
-glue gun
Steps:
1. Take a strip of tape and place the tealight right in the middle witht
sticker side facing down.
2. Carefully place the tealight inside the tube until just the ""flame"" is
showing, then stick the side of the tubes in place.
3. Add a dollop of white paint and mix with a little bit of water to thin
it out and
4. Cut about 6 inches of the nylon string and stick each end to the
top side of the tube.
5. Take your glue gun and add some drips at the top of the candle to
make a melting candle effect.
6. Paint another layer of white paint but this time do not mix it with water. Cover the glue gun drips.
7. Place the tea light candle back.
There's always an upside and there's always a downside but let's all agree to focus on the Sweeter Side!
